Hi,

So I have been trying to get PlayStation plus on my psn account, but it says I need to put a credit card on the PayPal. The PayPal has a balance, it won't even let me link the PayPal account. It is a Luxembourg psn account and I am trying to put a Luxembourg PayPal into it. Any solutions, and no I don't have a Luxembourg credit card?

Any idea?
