I went ahead and bought DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue on the PlayStation Store, but it just won't download! It apparently times out with error code 80710736 - sometimes after 1%, sometimes efter 5%, hell, sometimes even at 0%! A single time it got all the way to 20% before dying.
I just tried with the Dead Space 2 demo as well (it's roughly the same size), and the same thing happened there - error code after freezing at 4%
I've heard people saying "oh, the server might be overloaded, try again at another time", but I've tried morning, mid-day, noon, evening, and at 1 am, several times every time and always the same problem.
What the is going on?
