Hi,
I haven't been able to access my PS4. When I turn it on, it checks the system storage (which takes a while), then it says 'Cannot start the PS4. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 using the USB cable and then press the PS button. After this it tells me to 'Connect a USB storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation for version 4.07 or later. You can download the update file for reinstallation from playstation.com.' After this (even though I have followed these steps; downloading 4.07 onto a USB), it tells me that it 'Cannot find an update file for version 4.07 or later.
Please help.
